Good dermato-pediatrist or dermatologist

Hi everybody,
does any one can help with a contact of a good dermato-pediatrist????or at least a good dermatologist
my 5 months old baby start having skin problems (maybe because of the weather, the water....)
I've seen Dr.Ahmad Ghazi in al mansour clinique but need other point of view
Please HELP
