I have a desk job, Spend approx 10Hrs sitting down at 01 place. I have a nice built but my weight is 93kg,As per my height i.e 5.10 feet this is too much, want to get down to atleast 85kg . Exec is a very difficult topic for me. Want to loose weight fast so that my body index does not show as overweight.

Go the GRAND HAMAD HOSPITAL near Lulu Center, their is one department known as Medical Education Department, they will tell you every thing about the exam
