Is driving a Mini Cooper in Doha too dangerous?

I mean there are lots of bigger cars on the road. Do you see any Mini coopers in the city? I like them because they are small and easy to park. Please advoice. My hunsband likes get a SUV. They are not very green but seem to be useful for camping.

Thanks.

ok so i have seen a few threads lately about how dangerous is driving in doha...

everyone must understand... its dangerous to drive anywere... but here you are more likely to get into a fender bender than a serious 100kmh reck... because majority of the time the accidents that happen are at very slow speeds and during traffic...

so yes it is dangerous... but as for what car to drive... not even an suv is going to keep you safe if its your time.

so just drive what you want to drive and enjoy it...

and as for a mini cooper... mini coopers are built by BMW now... so they are safe

Me too,i like the Mini Cooper but in Doha i would never drive it.Maybe as second car only for shopping trips or to reach the next Club.Outside Doha the SUV is keeping you alive.

:-D
