The Irishman gives him a piano which he plays better than Elton.

The Scotsman throws him a set of bagpipes. The octopus fumbles about for a couple of minutes and the Scotsman says, 'What's wrong, can ye no play it?'

John Bell very wellknown of teaching scottish dancing, he been doing it for years. If you call him on 465 5823 or 586 8946 and ask ... i am sure he can give some pointer where to look.

I assume you mean traditional Scottish bagpipes, but there is also a traditional local gulf bagpipe. It has no drone and two chanters. Now that would be a surprise at the ceremony.
