Mom_me.....well, old is gold in politics....but you should not complain as I already mentioned the name of an Indian prime minister who did well for india and peace in Asian rigion. He remained strong in his idealogy even when he looked like shaky physically.

I am not good at history but I was wondering why is'nt Indian minister's name mentioned here. From the looks they all appear so shaky and shriveled as if they are already a 100 years old.
Marorji Desai of India was the oldest prime minister in the world. He became prime minster at the age of 81.

The first PM was from UK in the 18th century. They were named head of royal assembly (council)..??

Priyath Liyanage: Mrs Sirimavo Bandaranaike was the first woman prime minister in the world and she also went on to become the oldest prime minister. Mrs Bandaranaike was 84 years old when she died and she was still the prime minister at that age.
