RP Visa cancelling
Hai,
I am working in qatar last two years, i got offer in dubai & i submitted my resignation as one month notice..
now company is telling me leave the company without canelling qatar RP
if i am leaving the qatar without cancelling the RP for me again possible to enter qatar in future

I left qatar without cancelling my RP in 2003. But, i and my family got rp in dubai, without cancelling qatar rp on our passport. But, now I am coming back to qatar after 5 years to a new organization. Will there be any problems for my new visa.

Yes, without cancellation of his current Qatari visa he will not be able to get work visa in Dubai and not another vise in Qatar.
However, if he is not sure about his job in Dubai and is visiting Dubai on visit visa, it is good option if his current employer is willing to send him without cancelling his visa.

He should make sure it is cancelled- there is alaw for this and he may get into trouble if it is not cancelled. Please don't give false hopes that might cost him to go to jail.
it is good option if company is willing to send you without cancellation...as you have option to come back in the same company or atleast to visit Qatar on that visa ..but there are two problems:
1. If you will come back to Qatar anytime during validity of your current visa, you would not be able to get visa from another company (in case you get employment in some other company in Qatar) and you would not be able to work with any other company.
2. you would not be able to get visa in Dubai unless you cancel your Qatari RP.
as per GCC immigration rules, you can't have two valid working visas stamped on passport simultaneously......

They will finally cancel the RP if not it is illeagal because they will take another person without informing the Labour Dept. Cancel the RP which is in your name.
