Please help: My company is not cancelling my visa

Hi everyone
I am working as an engineer in a MNC.Recently i got a very good offer from UAE.So i submitted my resignation before one month.Now they are telling me that due to some reasons its not possible to cancel the visa.the actual reason is that my company pays very less salary to all its employees and dosent wants them to leave.It fears that soon other employees will resign.
So how should i get my visa cancel?
a)go to the labour department.will it help?or they can be bribed by my company people as our sponsor is a very powerful one.
Please help me
He can not leave the Country without their consent. They will not issue an Exit Permit for him to leave the country. An Exit Permit can be issued by Sponcer only.

Let me get this straight, u got a job in UAE.
and u working for an MNC in Qatar.
Who cares if the company is not going to cancell the visa, just leave the country, join the great job you have in UAE, and continue living.
The Qatar visa will get cancelled in 6 months time on its own.

Not to worry about it I guess,
after 6months of leaving this place it gets cancelled automatically,if they leave you better take that offer.
