Rain is blessing indeed cos we all prayed for it.

what bothers me when you are drenched, and those cars are stuck then some dumb ppl will approach the driver with smile and say good morning or good evening unlike our greetings Peace be upon you atleast it makes sense.

We all should Pray to Al Mighty Allah for not experiencing the same weather as in UAE. Rain is ok but should be light rain not the heavy one ;-)

Even look at the area which are called as NEW DUBAI (Freehold properties) such as Emirates Hills/ Springs etc...

Look at the photo of a person using boat in one of that area (I think it's Springs). people has paid Millions of Dirhams to buy these freehold properties ! Now what ? All in water ;-)

Hi Mila, how r u?

Really, for me I love the rain in Doha, at least our children were able to go to school, we had no problem reaching offices. Very few accidents (i think it was reported 140 accidents during 3 days of rain)

Main cities and Highways were flooded in Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman - UAE. My friends told me that it's destruction, thousands of cars damaged. Few dead casualties also happened (as mentioned in above Arabic News paper)...

Today also schools are closed .. lots of people cannot come out of the house or their houses and shops has been destroyed by the Rain flood !!

Anyone has experienced this in Doha City ?
