If you have the will to do it on your own, i have the manuals that weight watchers use ie points for foods, restaurant guides etc etc..pm me and i will email it to you...then you can just do regular excercise, they half an hour at least a day, can be a walk, treadmill etc....
If you are talking about weight watchers meals, like the one you get in UK than forget about it here. Here you dont even have calories mentioned on anything you buy. Best is to go to diet shop near ramada. I wont recommend diet center, as its expensive and not worth. Best is that u go online and keep a count on your calorie intake. Exercise everyday but make sure to make it interesting by listening to music or by doing something new.
There are two places here though that you may want to try - the first is the Diet Center - they plan a diet for you and send you 3 meals every day plus snacks . The other place is on Salwa Road called Diet |Shop - this is just a restaurant but all the meals have calories listed - i recommend the hamburger there - 400 calories including fries!

Have you tried the weight watchers online? I do that and it works pretty well...
