My family is going to vacation with me on next week. If any body know they need exit permit or not ? They are under my sponsership. If they need exit permit.. , wher I need to submit the application form and how many days it will take ...

No need of an Exit permit for your family :)

As far as i know that exit permit is not required for your family as it is not under work visa.Better you check with any employee of your company who came accross this situation.
