Hello everybody,

I would like to know about the family visa here in Qatar... We are planning to get my mother in-law and she is already 60 years old.... Is it possible for 60 yrs old to get Kadama Visa? and how long is Family visit visa? is it renewable?

Please give me any idea about these matter coz. I badly need somebody to take care of my kids....

Thank you...

I invited my parents here just now for a few weeks. Dad is over 60 but no problem. As soon as the officer saw my application for inviting parents, he signed it and got visa for them next day. Make sure to take a letter from your sponsor stating your salary and that they have no objection on you inviting your parents. Should be fast and don't worry.

I got one colleague here. they tried to get family visit visa for her mother but they were denied because of her mom's age. 60 na yng mother nya that time. but there's no harm in trying. malay mo, swertehin. it's better to try than to do nothing. at least wla masabi ang In-Laws mo. hehehe!
