Seriously..ever tried hazelnut oil?? its really good in salads..also flax oil..great for the skin, from the inside out...lots of essential vitamins in there. For the outside of the skin, try avocado, grapeseed and jojoba oil. I use a mixture of avocado and grapeseed for my skin after showers..keeps the moisture in and the grapeseed is a wonderful antioxidant.
