Rachid is right. The Arabic version states you are in violation of the speed limit. But if you're sure that you were not in that said place at that time, go and contest your  violation a.s.a.p.. I'm saying this because my colleague had the same advise from METRASH saying so, but when he went there to contest this they found out they had entered a wrong number. Well, hope they made a mistake in your case. The fine for overspeeding is pretty much a good meal at Chillies!

Yes, when you see "

LOADING A VEHICLE IN A WAY THAT CAUSES DANGER TO PEOPLE AND PROPERTIES" that means speeding, you will pay depending on how much u were speeding.... ex if the limit is 80KM and u were doing 98KM then u will pay 400QR and from 100 to 119Km u will pay more and so on

that one of the offences is carrying something on the car roof that is wider than the car.

I was stopped a long time ago for carrying my sand yacht on the roof-rack and was told that I must tow it.

The fact that it bounced about if towed, creating what I considered a greater hazard, didn't seem to bother the police.

My Neighbour who is a Qatari got a ticket like that for obstructing the street, he had place to park his vehicle but parked it in the middle of the street and someone complained.

well, i would understand that u have something that might have fall from ur car...like while u r moving ur furniture or sth like that. and it was placed in unsecured way.

If you're looking for a problem, you're probably gonna find one.
