Goa is famous for its sea food, but it depends where u got to eat, let me tell u this when in Goa just forget the 4 or 5 star resturants and check out the local resturants, look where there is a big crowd, bigger the crowd better will be the food ;)

Goan food is mind blowing though!!!

I'm surprised you had a bad tummy Super nurse! Most people who're not used to spicy food can get an upset stomach if they try spicy sea food!!!

if you dont like historical and native places dont go to goa..

if you like beach maldives or seychelles.

if you like a package: beaches, clubbing nature trippings and everything IBIZA is the best place to go.. in Playa d'en Boza and stay in Playa Hotel just facing the beautiful beach.. room is only 100 euro to 150 euro it is only 3 star hotel but you dont need to go on expensive room because you will spend all your day and night outside your room enjoying the very lovely place coz it is very near in the town and nightlife. you'll love it there.. and you never want to go back home.. make sure you'll have loads of money for the hotel and drinks, plus shopping.

believe me coolquietman, once you there you forget about this issues and you even dont want to leave.

i have one canadian friend that just been there for their second honeymoon i guess, and they loved it. they asked me the same question like you but forget all about it once they landed and see the beauty of Bali and the people.

its called khurma and its  hot and spicy curry.

a common problem actually with travellers to india....in the north they call it the "delhi belly"" .

down south its better . kerala would be a great option to travel to.
