HR OFFICER
BASIC FUNCTION - To provide effective human resources services and assist.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESo Ensuring that security of information is respected all the time. o Coordinating recruitment process independently in coordination with department manager and other heads of departments. o Coordinating manpower planning activities, and providing inputs to department manager regarding visa allocation as a result thereof. o Processing employee requisitions, providing sound inputs for salary details, ensuring that the approved salary structure is well kept. o Establishing relationships with recruitment agents, local and abroad, and ensuring that all candidates are deployed under legal standards including a properly consummated employment contract. o Conducting initial induction program for the new hires and ensuring proper coordination of process o Coordinating job evaluation to ensure consistency in the administering salary and benefits, and conducts job analysis on a periodic basis, and making recommendation to Department Manager from the analysis results.o Administering the Personnel Action Sheet for any change in employment terms and conditions due to salary change, transfer, promotion, or the like. o Coordinating and implementing the programs as per approved training plan and maintaining the document for the same.o Coordinating performance evaluation and summarizing appraisal implications and results based on salary policy. o Ensuring the systematic update of the HRMS and the protection of the integrity of the information therein. o Coordinating employee separation process including exit interviewing and clearance. o Preparing and maintaining the statutory registers as required by the labor department.o Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by Department Manager.
FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Basic Functiono Provides preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all company facilities except the operations and testing equipment Increase equipment/ facility reliability through implementation of maintenance practices. o Maintains a work order system for receiving work requests and to record the works carried out. o Develop solutions to a variety of maintenance problems of moderate scope and complexity. o Provides feedback to supervisor regarding cost factor for work carried out and for work to be performed. o Ensures speedy and efficient response to all maintenance and service requests. o Monitors and implements the asset tagging system in coordination with the facilities coordinator
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESo Periodical inspection of all facilities areas o Attend to service calls and in-house repair calls throughout the facilities. o Carry out work with maintenance trades such as carpentry/ painting/ electrical/ plumbing/ and mechanical repair. o Reporting on the inspection and any findings o Carrying out preventive maintenance for all facilities areas o Carrying out corrective maintenance activities for all facilities areas. o Carry out routine office repair, renovation, system/ equipment installation etc. o Work from sketches, drawings, and equipment / system manuals. o Carrying out work as per the work orders o Maintaining records of expenses, spares, repairs etc o Speedy response to problems o Carrying out activities outside the QTIC premises as instructed by supervisor. o Periodical audit of asset locations, asset tags, any defects etc and reporting accordingly. o Relocating and operating the mobile stations. o Performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or department head
