Me thinks that when you are in NYC your address is in the high 90s or low 100s on the East side. However, my experience of the Upper East side is that the women are anything but plain.

From my own experience in investment banking in NYC this is a very accurate scenario. The girls want to marry investment bankers, have a couple of kids and then divorce their husbands and walk off with a big settlement.
Leasing is a better option than buying. No buy and holds, just a call and put option.

There was a member i dont on QL a year ago she came with such hopes that
she will marry a rich Qatari guy and enjoy rest of her life living a luxrious live.
dont know what happened to her she just disaapeared after 3 weeks.
