Sponsorship with a foreing comapny
Hiii...I am going to take up a job in Qatar as follows :
I will be working for a Dubai Based company XYZ, but the local sponsor will be ABC. I am not new to Qatar, I already have a Qatari resident visa with my previuos employer,PQR. Means, I will be going to transfer my sponsortship from PQR to ABC. My job offer I received from XYZ and I will be getting salary from XYZ.
What are the points I shoud take care of ??
- Shall I insiste to get salary from ABC ? so that I may get salary transfre to Banks etc,, so as to take loans if needed
- which is the wise decision to take salary from XYZ or ABC
- Does a salary certificate from XYZ ( a dubai based comapny ) has any value in Qatar ?
- Shall I continute with my previous employer PQR, and work for XYZ. ( without tranfering to ABC )
- What are the other terms I should be taking care of
