Nice to hear that you are using Linux Based Kernel :)

Hats off to you !

Download & Install Linux Mint

It should solve most of your problems :)

over which os you want to instal adobe cs3?

in windows, i thinks its click and go..

in debian, you need wine emulator, i have been using lots of windows based applications in ubuntu, and was quite satisfied with it

expatqatar, I've used around 6 versions of linux in last 2 weeks. I used Ubuntu 7.10, 8, fedora 9, pclinuxos, gos and mindriva. The best one r ubuntu 7.10 and Gos, Gos is the best one actually. Supports most drivers.

Well u can update the drivers from the internet.. by teh way I advise you to use gOS, instead of ubuntu, it's based on Ubuntu 7.10, but it is a million time better looking, it has the layout of Mac OS. Check it out. Anyways, try updating your softwares and drivers. I didn't have any problem using it.
