Is the loan for a place in the pearl?

We are looking for something to buy in the pearl for my mother in law. As my husbands company will not consider her as his dependent and she needs residency as she has a heart problem and needs medical insurance as well as stability.

Anything from a studio to a 4 bedroom!

That makes it more difficult for the people still left in Saudi with loans.

They should be reported!

I'm all right Jack pull up the ladder attitude.

I suggest you to clear your debt first then think for a better offer

1) You have to settle the loan

2) If you cannot, then you have to provide them a guarantor ... bank will check the details of the guarantor such as his bank statement and his monthly salary to see if he can pay or not! so you have to look for a strong guarantor.

3) If you are not in a position to pay back to then bank or provide with a guarantor then I suggest you try to bargain with you current employer by showing them the offer letter from Abu Dhabi and continue you job here till you payback all you debts to the bank.

One more advise in worst situation, never mention to the bank about your plans, otherwise you cannot leave the country !

Your loan is insured and if for some reason you do not return their money and they don't find you then bank will claim the balance money from the insurance and they will black list you in the Immigration. If the loan amount is more then QR150,000/- then they will trace you in your Country and in GCC.

Best solution is to follow above to options ! otherwise opt no 3.

All the best.

so it will not make a problem later on! it might banned you here for not paying your bank loan especially Masreeq. We have a staff who are going for home leave but to no avail since the bank already informed the immigration to hold him because of the loan he did not pay. He is in jail for a week!

Bruno, you're only young once. If you're not coming back to Qatar (or don't intend to) then Abu Dhabi is fine. Just be sure you didn't leave them any contact details so they'll find you.

BUT if you had good intentions to repay, then that's what you should do.
