For a hometheater the minimum speaker config is 5.1
Does it have a Tunner Card? or a Sattilite tuner Card?
This PC is just another PC dont call it hometheater or anything ....and you havent said anytihng about the Optical drive...if there is any? DVD-drive or CD drive.
And does it have a Hard Disk?

Yes there is, a Foxconn 92mm Ball Heatsink (better than the stock heatsink) which effectively keep the CPU at an excellent temperature, even when overclocked
Besides, this motherboard has one of THE BEST onboard heatsinks, using golden silent pipe and crazy cool gigabyte technology. You can read more about them here:

And for the graphics cards, who said they are hot? =/
On idle, the temperature of the card is about 20 - 23 Degrees C, and when stressed out (e.g. playing Crysis) the temperature of the card is about 33 - 36 Degrees C.
I am placing 1 card in the computer, and giving away free, a second card, so that purchaser can run them in CrossfireX if they want to.
