Opportunities in printing line

My friend is a BE Graduate - Printing Engineer specialised in offset printing looking for a suitable position in Qatar.
Is there a lot of opportunities for expats in the existing printing press in Qatar?
Does any one know how the positions in these organisations are filled up?

Hey!!

Dont bring him here. For Qatar has no real huge printing set ups. Except Gulf TImes!!

However, in my view, UAE is the best place in the Gulf for his stream.
