PAYPAY in Qatar??

Mabuhay mga noypi..
my itatanong lang ako tungkol sa Paypal. Kung sino mn sa inyo na my account sa Paypal baka pwede nyo ako matulongan. Ng regster ako sa paypal gamit ang account ko sa Internation Bank of Qatar,Mastercard. Nka verify na ung bank account ko sa paypal. Ang problema ngaun hindi ako mka add funds kasi US lang ang lumalabas. I tried calling paypal, sinobokan ko rin ang HELP nila. Pero ganun pa rin, US pa rin ang lumalabas sa ADD FUNDS. Baka meron jan mka tulong,pls lang...tnx
