Dont they know that the Radar is only working in one side only? people take sudden brake to slow down to 60 while the speed limit is 80. So annoying!!!!

a camera does not only happens in Corniche but anywhere there is a camera around. These are the ones that were not taught properly or did not attend driving school and was influenced by somebody who had experienced to be fined because they were caught in camera for overspeeding. These peole will tell others to slow down when they see a camera well in fact that as long as they maintain the speed limit, they don't need to slow down. It's really frustrating if you're next to these drivers on the road!!! Tsk! Tsk! Tsk!

QS, if you driving towards Marrash or Museum Roundabout there is one Radar Box, and the camera is facing towards Emiri Roundabout the apposite direction. So why people have to slow down (sudden break till 60) when they driving towards Marrash Monument Roundabout??? the camera wont worked that side.

Good Morning it is easy to get caught up with the traffic flow and just get a little over speed I think we all do it but the fines are hefty now so I suppose it is better to have a little insight.

the speed limit and checking it on the web that you were not fined, that's ok. But not all days are lucky days. Be safe than sorry. Be wary of street signs and it will not do you any harm if you just follow. Just stay on the lane where you should be and always be on defensive driving mode

i said it has a range while approching it from behind it will catch your speed then too doesnt matter if you cross it with the limit speed then.it will flash. so you have to pull brakes from about 100meter.
