I agree that the customer service there sucks -- The sad thing is that is not the impression it gives off. I tried seeing a dermatologist for a bad skin rash that i developed and could not get through to anyone, but the itching was soo bad that it started to get infected and so I just literally got up and physically went there to see if I can see someone, anyone! I was told that I could see the dermatologist in 3 weeks. So, I went ahead and made the appointment (just in case) and then proceeded to go to doha clinic and was seen in the same day and given some immediate relief. Oh, being the good citizen that I was I tried to call to cancel, but no luck with the customer service -- 3 weeks later Al-Ahli actually called me to cancel as the doctor was out sick or something. Crazy stuff...
Absolutely horrible (phone) customer service. For 300 QR a visit, stop offering me tea and hire a whole crew of phone operators! Very frustrating when you are trying to get results or even talk to a nurse.

I too called and called and they give you numbers that go to a phone and then to a forward that cannot record. I kept calling and bugging them for a number that would work and the lady that answered could not even take a message guess they don't want cancellations! Too bad for the drs. as they will not get information about cancellations.
