Okay $4300 is my offer! I have a 7mnt old baby and a wife to support. I have free medical and house. Now i think about my families clothing, groceries, entertainment, travelling, car etc. Is this enough to relocate to qatar? Should I ask for more? how much?

I'm not sure how well in earn back home, but if you convert this means R30,000 tax free. Can you survive with that amount? Things are a bit more expensive here, but only if you're not used to Woolies ; )
Retaurant bills are quite high if you go to hotels (the only place where u can get alcohol with your meal) but can be very cheap if you go to some cheaper restaurants.
Booze is quite expensive here, like R12 (or QR6) for a beer at QDC (the only place where you can buy alcohol from and you need a permit for that).
If you want details on anything, send me a pm with your email and I'll gladly answer any of your questions.
