Barwa Housing Updates!!!!

I called barwa .. the latest is that they would be calling the expatriate who are alloted the apartment in august and the apartment are ready for occupancy only in Dec .. or may be earlier ..

so may be we can expect barwa housing only in 2009..i guess..

& they said they'll start contacting the selected ones around 15th June.

My understanding was we can start out renting in august ... for that shouldn't they tell the tenants sometime ahead of august

they just verified the documents and they make report to the senior committee.

after the senior committee confirmation they will inform to eligible person.wait and see..!

it seems lottery business even we paid or qualify.

What do they mean by "wait up to two months to get know final selection." .....Is it some kind of lottery?

Either you qualify or you dont. Also its not free they have to pay for it.....so what is this lottery business?

So uptill now nobody has got a House from Barwa.

they interviewed me at May first week, informed to wait up to two months to get know final selection.

Did anyone actually received any confirmation that He or she will get House?

Their community office is in C Ring Road is it?

My interview was at the beginning of May, it was in their community office .. Their website is not working any more...

They called me for the Interview...rent is 3500QR for 3 Bedroom flat...
