I'm also debating whether to get an X-terra or a CR-V. I hope the resale market improves over the next few years -- when I try to sell my X-terra.

Get the X terra. It will have a much better resale value then a honda. Honda's are not as reliable nor are they greatly wanted as 2nd hand cars either. Here you are better off to buy, toyota or nissan, both of them are really liked as 2nd hand.

The Xterra is very popular in the US. It is made for going off road much more than city driving. Compare it to a Jeep Wrangler the way it handles and such.

Good luck.

X terra is much better it is a proper 4x4 that can go in the desert, honda 4 x 4s are not for off road. The basic x terra is 93k, 4.0L more basic than pathfinder but better off road than pathfinder.

Get an Xterra, Nissan has cheap spare parts compared to honda. Honda is low and its not as good as nissan. w b3dein, Nissan is owned by us Lebs :D.

but the car you are asking for x-terra is now not afford for selling in the show rooms to much (people donot like it)so the parts will disapeer after waild

honda is very good yes but it is soooooooooooo expincive from others and if it is broken it will caust you very huge amonts of monye

if you want to buy nissan which is better try to buy another car
