quit work because of $270,000?? r u guys serious? how you gonna live on the interest from 1 little mln. ryial? even if you get 10% a year (IF!!) it will be 100,000 riyal a year, which is about 8,300 riyal a month... lol.. you need at least 7-8 mln to have normal life on the interest...

well...i think i would do about as same as Alexa: give them to my cat and fishes...

or ok.. well... will buy the second (smaller one) house in Costa Rica...

it's only about $270,000... it's not enough for anything..even for the normal house...

brandy.. i think you can afford Gucci (along with Prada, D&G, Versace, etc) right away without waiting fir 1 mln. riyal..lol..

glenwan.. you need only 250,000 for "your future life"??? ..well, if all your future life is 1 day, then yes, it will be enough..as you can spend this 250,000 in 1 day...even 1 hour would be enough..

clear all housing and other loans.

invest in some more property and shares etc

and take up a job which will take care of my bread / butter and chicken as everything else should be taken care of if my invenstments are good.

charity will be the least of all priorities.

I might be sounding non-political but in real life most of us will do the same

The UK is still behind Turkey in fuel prices.

It's currently equivalent to:

Diesel: £1.37 a litre (standard diesel)

4 Star petrol: £1.477 a litre and it hurts :-(

It's not what you can spare it's what you want to give. No matter how much or how little money you have, it's up to you to give or not as much or as little (even if it's your last cent), it's a choice, but people go preaching the Holy Holy, when that's not exactly what they do on a daily basis!! :)

You don't need one million dollar for charity.

Plus I will like to tell you something when you do charity you keep it personal, I hate this rich people who give money and tell everyone I donate XX amount of money to XX person. where is the dignity of this person. Do we have to know that Mr XX receive money from anyone.

I do charity and I never mention what I do with my money because I respect the people who receive my help.
