I have been seeing in the tenancy agreements that the termination clause from the tenant is not included. When i asked my agent for a new agreement, he said the owner does not agree to this clause.
Is this clause excluded in ur tenancy agreement also?

as per the new rent law if they asking more than the specified percentage(in new rent amentment law)or forcing you vocate from the premises without a reason like renowation,demolition and the owner who need it for his own stay.,it shall be questioned in court or u can remit a six month rent or two month rent in court on or before specified date of rent payment
whoami.. i meant.. do contracts usually exclude this? Coz i am a lil skeptical about this.. what if i want to move after a year.. i shoudl be able to give 1 or 2 months notice and leave..

When certain clauses are omitted and you agree to the contract anyway, you accept that change.
The only time that you would be safe is if it's the law. In which case, they could say that they have the right to increase your rent by a million percent and it would mean nothing.
