change type of visa

hi everyone, I am a filipina working here in doha as a private tutor. My sponsor used a KADAMA VISA for me. My 1 year contract here soon will be finish (November 2008), and I started already to apply in the school around the area. But the problem is the visa that I had, most of the schools / institution tell me that I should have my RELEASE / NOC from my sponsor. But then, I talked to my sponsor he tell they would not issue RELEASE to me because it's a long process. I would like to ask if it is possible for me to get a visit visa? or what will be the best way for this? I would like to ask if anyone can give me an advice regarding this matter.

Thank you very much.

Release or NOC my dear. because even visit visa you can't get it. you have to wait another 2 years to get back here in Doha.
