One thing I miss out here is food. Could anyone guide me how to make fresh white butter here, as I am very fond of it.

Thanks!!

Thx for explanation.

In fact, the real colour for the natural home-made fresh butter is yellow.

Qatar Today is a magazine.

Remember once someone asked few Qs about the Qatarliving web site and so on?

Now, that man wrote an article in Qatar Today (p.70, "The power of Social Networking") June edition and he quoted u. not the real name, just Qatarisun and there is also Dracula :o)

don't worry, it is nothing bad.

funny, that's what I did with mine too..plus I had added vanilla in it so it was very good..

That's also the way I make honey butter for toast or biscuits(NOT cookies, but the fluffy bread kind!)

Scarlett, this is how i first started making home made butter...it was a "sweet accident" :P

but it was good on bagles and i used the rest for baking :P

had a regenerative rest and am back with all the piss and vinegar I always have had...(not a bad term folks..means that i'm all feisty and rested up again!)

As far as buying butter...don't know, but sweet cream butter can be a bit difficult to find at times...but look in the freezer section of the store..that's where its usually found.

Ohh Irrysa...sometimes when I make whipped cream for desserts, i get a bit distracted and let the mixer run too long and end up with VERY sweet butter!!

yeah, it is the easiest way to make butter...

pick some good quality cream-the best results will come from the one that has the biggest % of fat. don't use the low-fat ones, they won't do!

make it at least 36% fat.

with the electric whisker it takes really short time.

and, as Scarlett said, put just a tiny bit of salt, makes the taste better.
