Every day i come across problems in my work place ,.. i always think it is because of my nationality .. or does other nationalities have the same problem , today in the arabic daily it is written then a lot of palastinians who has long service will lose their job ..actually we r not recoganised at the place of work.qatarisation is good but it should be with out paining ur fellow beings .bozz always is on ur head ,, NO ... a boss should be a friend..... hey guys pls suggest ..

My boss is a complete and utter twat - a monkey could do a better job. actually a dead monkey with maggots could do a better job. Believe me stupidity can be dangerous.
Maybe its yr nationality or maybe yr incompetent....we can't tell you that you have to work it out for yourself.
Lots of folk have been losing their jobs lately due to cauterisation of the workforce....

The fact is that we are guest workers. They can ask us to leave anytime.
