Located near the Jaidah flyover, this place is almost hidden. You can find it a little away from the main entrance to the Al Rafa Polyclinic, near the Kahramaa building. The Homeland restaurant is one landmark..
For a price of QR25, they served a really large pizza with topped with cheese, pepperoni, sausage and vegetables. It's not exactly the kind you'd expect from a Sbarro or Pizza Hut but Popeye's pizza was quite yummy and satisfying.
Yellow Cab Pizza.Have their NewYork Pizza (the one with all the meats) and you'd think that Pizza was invented in the philipines!!!! I didn't knw it was a filipino joint until i was told so. Fabulous Fabulous Pizza.
However i do have couple of hangups on Yellow Cab - First of all they don't do home delivery - its at TV R/A which takes ages to reach on the weekend and secondly they stopped making Jalepenos (the bestest snack available in qatar to have with beer - it has been a hit with all my friends)
Ciao Pizzeria on Salwa Road next to Gulf Crafts in lovely. But my favourite has to be Lo Spagetto. Just off Al Sadd Street - go behind the street at the back off Royal Plaza Shopping Centre, on the corner.
The best is Papa Johns, Go for the value meal they have... its superb. especially their cheese sticks..
Sbarro.... Its the worst in Doha.... I ever tried. yuk... ready made junks.. I dont know how people enjoy the food there... I went there with my family and that was the first time I ever left a restaurant without eating what I ordered . And I paid for it though.
And hey for another try .. go fo CHIAO in AL Khor. Its great
Try Macaroni Grill in Villagio. The food is good quality and the service is the best I have experienced in Doha. You can also see into the very clean kitchen, always reassuring!
I'm personally a fan of Pizza Inn here in town - specifically the Dafna location. The BBQ chicken pizza is better than the California Pizza Kitchen I'm used to back in Los Angeles, CA! Also, Il Rustico at Rydges has very good pies as well - it just takes a bit longer, and they don't have delivery service.

Ridges Hotel. I don't know the restaurant name but it is the Italian restaurant at the Lobby.

SBARRO near sana round about(Next to Mitsubishsi showroon) is another good choice for authentic italian pizza's
For the Kind of Pizza ur looking for i would suggest Biella at the Mall or City center...

Best one by far is Lo Spaghettio in Al Saad behind the Royal Plaza. Its owned and run by Italians and the chefs are Italian as well.
You always see (and hear!) the other tables that are Italian and you can't really go wrong.

If you want authentic Italian pizza, try in Ciao restaurant in Salwa road or Lo Spaghetto restaurant in Al Saad. They are quite good.
