if you have drivers license from your base country with motorcycle restriction code included and still valid, just go direct to Madinat Kalifa traffic dept, licensing section, with your No Objection letter from your Employer or sponsor, with that letter go for eye test, after eye test go to the counter and show your valid Drivers License(from base country)take photocopy of that license and your Qatar ID, and tell them that you want to go for DIRECT driving test, since you have valid motorcyclce license fr base country, if they allow you, i would suggest AL RAYA driving school, in Bin Omran and take schedule for test, pay 100.
well the procedures are very easy but i know half the way, you can go after my info. well to apply for this type of license you have to check with any driving school i prefer alkhibra cuz they are very good(my opinion) and then you have to get a bike first make insurance for it and insurance for the one who is submitting the test, this is what i know next and about tests i have no idea but u can check with the school.
BTW traffic dept. or the schools have no bikes to make tests for you. you have to get it..
