Need Networking Job

I have BTECH Degree in Electronics and Communication from an Indian university. Currently completing my Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer[MCSE] and Cisco Certified Network Associate[CCNA] certification from Bangalore. I have no Work experience . Will i be able to get a trainee position somewhere in the networking, IT field. If yes, which all companies should i apply to?

Work 3-5 years in india then apply for a job in Oil&Gas IT in Qatar.

India is a hub of IT.... How come Indians are looking for job like you.... Cant you find a job in India when so many multinational companies are moving in India.
