Fat Burners are generally a marketing gimmick - they may help boost energy in a diet with a large calorie deficit, but other than that it's down to marketing. I've tried several different types but never had much effects (excluding the Ephedrine-based one, which I think is illegal here in Qatar as I haven't seen it anywhere).
Steady state cardio exercise (e.g. running at a near-constant rate for an hourr) isn't the best for fat loss, as you'll end up losing some muscle too - try Googling HIIT, or "High Intensity Interval Training".

jogging makes you sweat more and ur heart beats roughly and your tounge tiredly dropping (hehehe)..joging is good but makes our skin and some muscles DROPPING (i dont know how i call that)
Walking still the best but it will result foot callusses, and using bicylcle exercise instrument is necessary.....
If we do jogging, we must go for gym apparatus to harden our muscles due to aging or overjog....

and in case you are very much overweight then you should go to a doctor and seek his advice.here in Swiss you become those fat burners only on medical reciept.which means you have to visit a doctor bevore.about doha i dont know but i hope its the same because the peoples should know about the risks by taking them.
