Qatar Visa Cancellation
Hi friends,
One of my friend was negotiating one offer with an organization in Qatar finally he has declined that offer, however during course of time, prior to offer acceptance, the organization went ahead and processed his Qatari visa.
Recently, he has another better offer and they are due for visa processing, but the earlier organization is reluctant to cancel his visa. Please advice the way ahead.

thx- the visa document states that the person should enter Qatar before 03rd Oct 2008, while the visa was obtained in the month of April - so the visa is valid for 6 months.
I would like to know is there any legal way to force the sponsor to cancel the visa, since the visa was obtained without an individual's consent?

i think either the company should cancell the visa by themselves or the it should be cancelled automatically by expiry. There is an expiry date (i hope it is 3 months)in the visa. If the person don't come before that period, the visa vill be cancelled automatically. Pls chk with some P.R.O..
