I have been applying for jobs through bayt.com, and i didn't get any reply from them although i was interviewed by other recruitment agencies. Does any one have an idea whether they reply or no..
in other words, do they really help people in finding jobs???

I had the misfortune of dealing directly with bayt.com recently as they contacted me about a position in their company that they would like to speak to me about.

BAYT are the RUDIEST most UNPROFESSIONAL organisation that I have ever dealt with both in Doha and abroad!

If I could give any advice to All Professionals, it would be to STAY AWAY from this company as they will waste your time!

I think it needs sometime "and also Luck" to get response from the companies through recruitment sites.

It’s true that you get bored after applying several times without getting something in return, and the same thing happened to me through Bayt, Monster,...etc. And you maybe applied for 100 job but you see only 30-40 of the companies has viewed your resume!

But, I do agree with the guys for what they said above about refreshing the CV and keep applying for the jobs day after day, cos you never know when luck hits you

Luck to all

I also got interviewed by bayt.com employers many many times and I got offers from them. As someone suggested that the best thing is to keep your CV refreshed at all times. This would put you in first few people in your area of expertise.

These things do take some time so don't loose heart. There are many many project comming up in gulf.

Hi Sally,

I just read your post about Bayt.com. Of course, as you know by now, Bayt.com is a medium between employers and job seekers so you should not be expecting them to call you, but make sure to complete your online resume on their job site and keep it refreshed at all times. This is what I did, and I have had quite a few interviews with Bayt.com employers. I am actually employed with one of them now and having a wonderful experience so far. Best of luck!

Hi how are you?

We are soon to have new vacancies in Qatar working on a new city development.

Currently we are still negotiating the contract terms with our client so we are just making general enquiries to candidates that we think will be suitable for these roles / projects.

Are you still available, and would you be interested in being considered for these roles? We will provide more information on the project / role once the contract is secured.

I look forward to your response.

Kind regards,

Jade Ninness

Bayt.com is not a recruitment agency...its a portal where you can post your CV and it goes into a Database..companies subscribe to this database and search for candidates who fit their requirement...so, you not getting an interview call thru Bayt has nothing to do with Bayt.
