ie any car over 15yrs old will not be given permit.
So anybody buying old cars keep this in mind and also keep in mind there will be zero resale value for your car when you go to sell the 2nd hand car after using it for a couple of yrs.

if the car is worth something the owner would find a better place to sell it

Dont make mistakes.
Better go to "Clasifieds" - Qatar Living and look after leaving expatriates.
