What should be the salary of a Mechanical Engineer with 6 years experience

What should be the salary of a mechanical engineer with 6 years experience working as manager in a construction company in piling field . manager for operation & maintenance & procurment for heavy construction & piling equipment. I am getting family accomodation, Medical & company mainteaned car in addition to basic salary. What should be the good basic salary? tell me

the salary not only from your experiance....

your aged, your nationality and your qualification are the main thing their consideration for your salary...
