Resign and apply

Hi to all! I would like to seek some advise regarding my situation. I have already a working permit. Due to some problems in my company right now I am planning to resign and then apply to another company ( I may say a stable one). But I can assured that NOC is not possible for me to get to my employer. What will I do? Is it possible for me to apply and hired by another company? What is the best thing I can do? Thanks you in advance QL!

that if the company closes you have a better chance of obtaining a NOC.

Mafi, is that your favourite phrase this week?

Oh no! so its either go home or NOC! but if the company will be close. Is it automaticlly, NOC will be given to us or we will sent back home?

friend...i'm in the same situation....no way...we have no RIGHT to join a company where we have better package, even you worked 10-25 years for the current employer. Either you should have RELEASE OR N.O.C from the employer. So, better skip Qatar at the earliest, that's what my decision....best wishes

You will not be able to get another job until you ger NOC from your present empoyer. Otherwise you have to exit from the country and you will only be able to come back after 2 years.(Now the re entry restriction period is going to be increased to 5 years as recent reports says). So please re think before resign.
