Is it realy a rule that one can not take a driving test for one month if he/she fails for the first time?

It is because of the rush in driving schools. You may get earlier test if u have influence in that school. You may (not sure) get the delay reduced if you meet the Captain in the Traffic Dept. It is not for the first test. You have to wait 1 month after each test, if you fail on that test....But, you can...influence....

The good side of it is that you now have more time to prepare for the next test. Why hurry if you're not ready? So take your time, don't push your luck!

nope...it depends on the driving school how fast or slow they can re-schedule you.sometimes after 2 to 3 weeks, or 1 month or more.

Yes, but i heard several cases where giving extra money to the driving school makes exception easy... Good luck
