My Filipino friend is ending his 2-yr contract with a private company really soon. He gave 2 months' notice. He was locally hired, his sister sponsored him and when he found this job, his sponsorship was transferred to this company. He wants to return to Qatar after a few months after he goes to Phils. The thing is, it is his company's policy not to issue NOC. He has not asked his co. yet to give him NOC as he is quite sure he won't be given with one. He has finished his contract in the hope that he can more easily return to Qatar. His boss is planning to offer him increase in salary but he is reluctant to accept as he is made to work 12-15 hrs a day with no OT. He has no objection though, but he just wants to be able to return to Qatar.

Is there a way he can return to Qatar and is the ban of 2 yrs be applied to him? Would anyone know of any other way he can return with possibility of no NOC in his hand?
