Change of employer after one year

Dear All,

Since my visa is stamped for one year and will be expired in Nov, 2008. Now since without the NOC i can not get to a new employer. But if i tell to my employer that donot extend my visa and i want to go back and after going back to my home country then i can come for some other employer..is it possible????

our mandoob just been to immigration yesterday and ask one of the officer at Building # 2 and said 5 years ban is already implemented...

according to my knowledge its not 5 years its still 2 years ban as i read in newspapers last week then ban of 5 years is just suggestion its not decided yet .

if someone have information then tell

new rules after 5 years... also depend in every situation... if you have problem with your previous sponsor they can have you block listed in any part of gulf...

If you leave the country you will have to wait for 2 years (maybe as it was reported this might be 5 years) or wait another year and then by law you can, if your sponsor agrees and give you NOC, change sponsor.
