New to qatar..

Hi, I'm from Canada and I'm here for a month as my dad lives/works here I'm just wondering where are good places to meet like minded people I'm 20, not sure what the legal age is here, I like the party scene and am basically ok with most social events. The only problem is I don't know anyone here haha.
