Wanted: Live In Help

If anyone knows of someone leaving the country that has reliable and trustworthy help looking for a sponsorship transferral, pls can you send me a PM with details. We are a small Western family looking for a live in maid/nanny. We are in the West Bay, close to Qatar University.

They say is't not WHAT you know but WHO you know...let this be true of QL.

thanks christa, if i might ask, what forum did you get a recommendation from? i am exploring all avenues as i would rather pay my help more than spend all that money with an agency.

keep on looking, you will find, just pass on the word to people you know/don't know... you never know.

I found my household help recommended on a forum (not this one)form somebody leaving qatar.

dohanewby ...I dont think you will get nanny from sombody leaving Qatar....maybe if you are really, really lucky.

Try recruiting somebody ie (you become the sponsor)...it will cost you somewhere QR 6,000-10,000 depending upon the manpower.

Fulltime live-in Maid/Nanny:

Srilankan = QR 900/month

Philippines = QR 1600/month (US $400)
