Dear friend ...

things to know about guitar

1- guitar with nylon strings is classic guitar

2- guitars with metal strings is folk (accoustic) guitars

first u need to determine what genre u gonna play and depend on it what guitar do u need ..

regarding the dots .. as a beginner i advice u to get guitars with the dots on the side of fretboard as it will be easier to determine the position of ur fingers ..

things to consider b4 u buy the guitar:

1- fretboard is straight .. hold the guitar like the violen and look at the fretboard .. close one eye and look with the other and make sure that it's straight ..

2- move ur hand on both sides of the fretboard and make sure that it's silky and smooth and nothing hurt ur hand while moving it ..

3- as a beginner u can go for Yamaha guitar .. if u want something more better check those which is made in spain .. these ones gonna cost you from 800 to 1000+ .. some spanish made reach 5000 .. it differs from the kind of wood they used and the finishing ..

if u need any help .. i'm a guitar teacher u can pm me and i would like to help u more ..
