Buddy, in Qatar, there's just one place you can get any kind of alcohol - wine, beer, whisky, vodka, etc, etc - the Qatar Distribution Company.
But to be let into the hallowed portals, you will need to have a (liquor) licence.
To have the licence, you will need a letter from your sponsor/company stating your monthly basic salary.
Once you're armed with that letter, things should proceed pretty smoothly.
