Why pay to get skin cancer, when with all the sun in the world you can have it for free?

If you're pale it's because that's the way nature intended, celebrate it!

I find it easier to just use spray. I worry about the side effects of tanning beds :o(

To everyone that posted a comment and never tried a tanning bed before...

How can u judge something before trying. And i can tell from your recommendations to go out in the sun! A lot of people here hate sushi, but they never tried it!!!

A tanning bed session takes 20 minutes, and with the proper tanning cream (I personally like the Swedish one) you will have a very hot bronze tan...Not a brown burnt tan :( and all it takes is three sessions few days apart, and voila...You are as hot as a stripper :)

And since u go in totally naked, there won't be white lines because of the clothing here and there.

Yes, I am a dude, and i can tell the magic of the tanning beds from the way women glaze when i am tanned...I so look forward to going back to Canada for a few sessions. I've been single for quite sometime now :P

Bahraini, we've got some small problem here..actually some ppl in order to survive have to work, and usually time from 11 to 2 they spend in their offices.. or wherever they suppose to be..

..what do you say?

To suntan on a bed from 11-2 daily, then do the same in the sun. Believe me... i'm probably one of the whitest people in the world, plus i have a red pigment, which means, if i see the sun i burn almost automatically.

But, yes, there is a but, I began going out in the sun from 11-2.30 daily for a week, and i can actually see a difference in my color... whoppie... :) but use a good brand of sun block!!!

i agree, you can burn, but not get a sun tan here!

i was actually more tanned in europe !

or at least not during summer time , it,s simply too much to stay outside !

Don't wait for the last judgment it takes place every day.

This reminds me of when Tommy Cooper came. He asked us to buy him a tube of fake tan. He didn't want to go back to the UK loooking burned like his son and the agent.

there you used to be at the Marriott spa last year. I'm not a member any more, so i don't know if they still have it. However it's expensive! In Paris the 1 session costs only 10 Euro, here it's like 250Rl

You have to be kidding. Are you saying there isn't enough sunlight in Doha? If you want a tan go outside for 2 minutes and you'll be fine.

I do not think we have them here. We have a lot of sun so that those people who want to be tanned go outside and the arab ladies like to be white. So I would not think there would be a lot of people who would go there
