Any video geeks can recommend me a good HD Camcoder available in Qatar with still picture resolution between 7 to 10 Mpixel. I do not want to buy a separate camera for still pictures. Not expensive one.
I suggest you look for a High End Panasonic, JVC or Sony.
But truth is that the Camcorders are not as good Cameras as proper Cameras. But good enough for Snap Shots. Also remember that a Higher Pixel count gives more noise in low level light due to smaller pixels.
There is Modern Home (Now called 51 East) where u cud get products by sony. Al de required requirements tht u state can b either seen n der weekly catalog or ask any personnel working in de handy-cam section. Better options r Hyper-lulu (If u aint into branded stuff) where der is a wide range of handy-cam tht even include still-shots with separate SD card slots. I wud recomment u goin wit de Sony (if money aint de matter) since dey do hav very gud guds tht u mite wanna try. Or else, Salaam Plaza at west bay is gud deal considering u dish out money :)
